Changhui Yao, a Professor of Finance at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He received his PhD in Finance from Peking University in 2000. Changhui Began to joined Peking University in 1988 as an Assistant Professor. He became an Associate Professor in 1993 and has been a full professor since 2001. Changui has consulted for dozens of corporations,,and he is an independent director of several public companies.
