张闫龙现任北京大学光华管理学院组织与战略管理系副教授，教育部“青年长江学者”，MBA&MSEM项目执行主任，北京大学国家高新技术产业开发区发展战略研究院副院长。2002年和2005年分别获得北京大学社会学学士、硕士学位；2012年获得美国杜克大学社会学博士学位。研究领域主要包括组织理论、社会网络、企业社会责任、创新创业、制度扩散。在Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Business Venturing, Social Networks等国内外管理学和社会学期刊上发表数十篇学术论文。2021年起担任Management and Organization Review (MOR) 高级编辑。2016年获得北京大学教学优秀奖，教育部英语授课品牌奖。2018年获北京大学青年教师教学比赛一等奖。2020年获嘉里集团郭氏基金树人奖教金。2021年获得北京市高校首届教学创新比赛一等奖，第十五届“厉以宁科研奖”。
